Report of all Forward Sales Contracts
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1997
TO : All Commercial Banks
Pursuant to MB Res. No. 1301 dated October 8, 1997, all banks shall submit to the Foreign Exchange Department a report of all Forward Sales Contracts which were entered into with residents and non-residents beginning January 1997, which were delivered or cancelled after deal date. The initial report shall cover the period January 1997 to September 30, 1997, using report format FS-1(a and b) attached hereto, which shall be submitted not later than October 20, 1997. Subsequent monthly reports shall be submitted within two (2) banking days after the end of each month, using report format FS-2, also attached hereto.
