CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002
TO : All Banks and NBQBs
Following the suspension of work in all government offices in Metro Manila, July 8, 2002 shall be considered a non-reserve day. For purposes of determining the day’s reserve position, reserve positions as calculated at the close of business on July 5, 2002, the business day immediately preceding July 8, 2002, shall be applied.
Please be guided accordingly.
