To facilitate the filing of income tax returns for the calendar year 2002.
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2003
TO : All Accredited Agent Banks of the Bureau of Internal Revenue
In order to facilitate the filing of income tax returns for the calendar year 2002:
a. All accredited agent banks of the Bureau of Internal Revenue are allowed to render banking services from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on 5 April and 12 April 2003; and
b. Their banking hours are likewise extended up to 5:00 P.M. daily from 1 April to 15 April 2003.
