PRESCRIBING THE ORDER OF PRECEDENCE FOR OFFICIALS OF THE BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO (BARMM)
(BARMM); Administrative Code provided or the organizational structure, powers, and functions of the offices and institutions of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao WHEREAS, the Bangsamoro Organic Law (Republic Act No. 11054) and the Bangsamoro
WHEREAS, the Order of Precedence is a recognized protocol tool for establishing ceremonial ranking, and is purely ceremonial in nature, conferring no legal rights or privileges, and does not determine succession nor alter the co-equal character of the branches of government as guaranteed under the 1987 Constitution;
that is consistent with national and international protocol practices, while recognizing the unique political and cultural context of the Bangsamoro; WHEREAS, it is necessary to prescribe a formal Order of Precedence for BARMM officials
Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, by virtue of the powers vested in me, do hereby order that the General Order of Precedence for BARMM Officials shall be observed as follows in all official and ceremonial functions of the Bangsamoro Government, unless otherwise provided by national protocol in joint activities with the National Government of the Republic of the Philippines: NOW, THEREFORE, I, ABDULRAOF A.
