In support of sustainable reintegration and the promotion of entrepreneurship for

The LIKHAng MARINO is open to returned OFW seafarers,while the LIKHA GLOBAL is intended for active OFWs abroad. The program provides participants with capacity-building support, with seed capital assistance provided to winning entries. opportunities to develop viable business plans through coaching, mentorship, and
