NON-EXTENSION OF PROVISIONAL AND REGULAR LICENSE TO OPERATE

AS PRIVATE RECRUITMENT AND MANNING AGENCIES

All Private Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) and Licensed Manning Agencies (LMAs) are advised that effective 01 FEBRUARY 2026, requests for extension of validity of provisional and regular licenses shall no longer be allowed.

the time frame for submission of application which is at least three (3) months prior to PRAs and LMAs due for renewal or upgrading of licenses are directed to follow

the expiration of license validity

Incomplete or non-compliant submission of application for renewal shall be returned forthwith by the Licensing and Regulation Bureau.
