VALIDITY OF THE CERTIFICATES OF APPROVED OF SENDING ORGANIZATIONS TO JAPAN UNDER THE TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINING PROGRAM AND SPECIFIED SKILLWORKER PROGRAM

In view of the transfer of the evaluation and recommendation process for a licensed Philippine recruitment agency's (PRA) application to become an authorized Sending Organization (SO) under Japan's Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and Specified Skill Worker (SsW) Program to the Employment Facilitation Desk for Japan or Japan Desk, pursuant to Advisory No. 40, Series of 2024, an automated system in the approval and certification of SOs has been developed in line with the department's digitalization thrust and streamlining of processes. The new system will cover the submission of the PRA's application and the Japan Desk's evaluation until the certificate as an approved SO is issued.
