SUBJECT : DELETION OF THE PROVISION GRANTING BINGO OPERATORS
THE OPTION TO SHOULDER THE 20% PRIZE TAX
Please be advised that the PAGCOR Board of Directors approved in its meeting held on May 16, 2018 the deletion of the entire provision in the relevant regulations under the Gaming Site Regulatory Manual for Bingo Games version 3.0 as amended granting Bingo Operators the option to shoulder the twenty percent (20%) prize tax.
Please be guided accordingly
