CREATING THE BANGSAMORO TASK FORCE ON INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

known as the Bangsamoro Organic Law, the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2, Article IV of Republic Act No. 11054, otherwise

in the exercise of its right to self-governance; Mindanao(BARMM) is free to pursue its political,economic,social,and cultural development

progress of the infrastructure projects to intensify our efforts for an inclusive, innovative, people-centered infrastructure development projects; WHEREAS, it is deemed essential to carefully coordinate, monitor, and assess the

resilient infrastructure to support sustainable socioeconomic development in the BARMM; WHEREAs, there is an urgent need to scale up strategic, adequate, and climate-

referred to as "Task Force", and shall be composed of the following: The Bangsamoro Task Force on Infrastructure Projects (BTFIP) is hereby created, herein Section 1. Creation of the Bangsamoro Task Force on Infrastructure Projects.

Section 2. Powers and Functions of the Task Force. The Task Force shall have the following powers and functions:

a) Monitor the status of the implementation of infrastructure projects of all the Works that are still ongoing from 2019 up to the present; ministries, offices, and agencies, such as but not limited to the Ministry of Public

b) Coordinate with the ministries, offices, and agencies concerned on the implementation of the said projects;

c) Determine ongoing projects that are feasible to be accomplished before the transition formally ends;

d) Strengthen the effective implementation of the ongoing infrastructure projects;

e) Assist in the physical inspection of selected projects;

f)Identify challenges in the delay of the implementation of the projects and develop strategies or mechanisms to address the problems;

g) Receive contractors' complaints concerning the projects being contracted with

the Bangsamoro Government; and

h) Perform such other functions as may be directed by the Chief Minister.

Section 3. Support of Bangsamoro Ministries, Offices, and Agencies. The Task

Autonomous Region in the attainment of the objectives of this Order. It shall have the power Force may engage the support and assistance of other stakeholders in the Bangsamorc

to compel the attendance of concerned officials and/or employees and the submission of documents.

Task Force shall be charged under the Contingent Fund. Section 4. Funding Source. The initial funding requirements to operationalize the

unconstitutional, other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in force and effect. Section 5. Separability Clause. If any provision of this Order is declared invalid or

with this Order are hereby repealed, amended, and modified accordingly. Section 6. Repealing Clause. All executive orders, rules and regulations inconsistent

Section 7. Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately.
