SUBJECT : ACCREDITATION OF ELECTRONIC GAMING SYSTEM (EGS) SERVICE PROVIDER
In connection with the PAGCOR Board-approved accreditation of Service Providers for electronic gaming systems and electronic games, please be advised that the following may now be downloaded from their corresponding links at "Electronic Gaming & Poker" page through "Regulatory" page of the PAGCOR website: 2. Electronic Gaming System (EGS) Service Provider Registration Form (GS 1 Electronic Gaming System Service Provider Registration Procedures; and Form No. 51).
Duly accomplished Registration Form together with the prescribed documentary requirements shall be submitted to GLDD or emailed the clear scans to [email protected].
