AN ACT UPGRADING THE UNAYAN MUNICIPALHOSPITALIN MUNICIPALITY OF BINIDAYAN,LANAO DEL SUR,INTO A FIFTY (5OBED CAPACITY DISTRICT
HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Be it enacted by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority in Parliament assembled
Section 1. Short Title.-This Act shall be known as the Unayan Municipal Hospital Upgrading Act of 2022.

The existing buildings including landscaping, medical and office equipment and other facilities, their operating funds and personnel are also hereby upgraded to include the needed construction and procurement thereof in order to meet the prescribed standards of the upgrade to a district hospital with 50 bed capacity.
Section 4. Integration of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Program. -- The upgrading of the Unayan District Hospital shall integrate into its system of operations all pertinent and relevant provisions under Republic Act No. 11223 otherwise known as the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act.

Section 5. Administration, Management, and Organization. -- The Unayan District
which is hereby authorized to determine and approve the appropriate organizational structure Hospital shall be under the administrative supervision of the Ministry of Health (MOH for the management and operations of the facility.
General Appropriations for the upgrading of the Unayan District Hospital including the construction of infrastructures, acquisition of medical and office equipment and the annual Section 6. Appropriations. -- Funding is hereby appropriated from the Bangsamoro
budget needed for personal services, maintenance, operations and other expenses for the implementation of this Act, and thereafter, such amount as may be needed for the continued operations of the hospital.
Section 7. Implementing Rules and Regulations.- The MOH-BARMM shall promulgate the Implementing Rules and Regulations within sixty (60) days after the enactment of this Act.
Section 8. Separability Clause.- If any provision of this Act or the application of such provision is declared invalid, the remainder of this Act shall not be affected by such declaration.
Section 9. Repealing Clause. - All laws and regulations under the BARMM
Mindanao (ARMM regarding the operations of the Unayan Municipal Hospital not government, including those passed under the defunct Autonomous Region in Muslim
consistent with this Act, are hereby repealed.
Section 10. Effectivity.- This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days from its publication in a newspaper of regional circulation.
